1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use CrateGuard on one computer at a time. You may transfer your license to a different computer by activating it there - this automatically deactivates the previous device. This license is non-transferable to other people.

2. Permitted Use

CrateGuard is licensed for personal and commercial use by the license holder. You may use it in professional DJ environments, studios, and for managing personal collections.

3. Restrictions

• You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• You may not share your license key with others

4. File Safety

CrateGuard operates in read-only mode by default. File operations (move, delete) only occur when you explicitly initiate them. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from user-initiated file operations.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on lifetime purchases. If you are not satisfied with CrateGuard, contact us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

CrateGuard is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the authors be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.

7. Updates

Your lifetime license includes all future updates at no additional cost.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France, in accordance with applicable EU regulations.
